The Illini are 26-0! They beat Penn State last night which gives them the school record for consecutive wins, beating the record that extended from 1914 thru 1916. I'd love to see them go 30-0 to have an undefeated regular season. As a friend of mine by the name of Nancy once said, "When Illinois makes better men, Illinois women will make them". She must be smiling today.

A new feature is added to this blog; comments can now be entered to a post. Of course, that would presume that someone has read a post and remained awake, something which I don't always do even while writing. I'm beginning to think that I need a new hobby. Lately all that I seem to do is work, work, work. I'm liable to turn into the Jack Nicholson character in "The Shining". You remember, the guy married to the woman who looked like Olive Oyl. That reminds me of a woman that I once knew, who was so skinny that she had to run around in the shower to get wet. But, I digress. More later.
