That's a remarkable statistic if it's true. Of course, since they haven't examined every person; the statement is a little weak. Surely there must be mutants who fall outside the range. Even so, it does make one wonder what will happen when someone starts altering the genetic makeup of mankind. A race of centaurs, half man and half horse, might be created. I hope it doesn't come to that. There are some things that shouldn't be messed with.
