Took the time to vote yesterday, since I'll be out of town next Tuesday. I won't tell you for whom I voted, although I have become a fan of Barack Obama. Not sure if that's the correct spelling. He's seems committed to improving things for everyone. He sounds like he could be a shooting star. Let's hope that he doesn't crash and burn like so many promising politicians.

It's time to turn back the clocks. I love this time of year. For one night, you get to go back in time. Just think if you could literally turn back time for one hour. Think of the fun you could have. You could tell one of your managers what you really think of them and then have it erased. Perhaps you could do that one scary thing you've avoided, like bungee jumping or jumping into a lion's den, knowing that the hour would be cleaned off the slates if things went badly. The possibilities are limitless. You could eat three large pizzas and not suffer from the heartburn. You could bet your entire life savings on one hand of blackjack. You could have sex without worrying about pregnancy or disease. You could even kill yourself and experience the afterlife. Of course, then you might not want to go back which would make you a suicide. The fall from grace would be brutal. Perhaps we shouldn't tempt fate. Although, the three pizzas still sound good.
