I went to Busch Stadium on Sunday to see the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Philadelphi Phillies 3-0. It's a great place to see a ballgame without any bad seats. At Wrigley Field, which is also a great ballpark, there are girders which obstruct the view of some seats. Busch Stadium doesn't have that problem. It's very colorful with a sea of red in the stands; the seats are red and most of the fans wear red. It's a shame that they're going to tear it down and build a new stadium. I can't imagine that the new one would be better. Although, I wouldn't mind different seats because the plastic seats that they have get extremely hot in the sun. The Cardinals, White Sox, and Cubs all have a shot at post-season play. September should be an interesting month for baseball.
