I finished "Ten Big Ones" by Janet Evanovich. I thought that it was one of her better books. The ending seemed a little implausible, but that's OK. Obviously, the main character Stephanie isn't going to get hurt, but one would think that the guy with the machine gun would be hit. Then again, the Stephanie Plum books are more about comedy than tragedy and the book made me laugh quite a few times. Not many books can do that.
