I just finished the book "The Case for Faith" by Lee Strobel. The book covers some of the more disturbing questions about Christianity. Such as, why does God allow so much suffering in the world, why would a loving God punish someone in hell for eternity, doesn't evolution and science discount the need for God, and why do people still occasionally have doubts after accepting Christ. Lee uses the same format that he used in "The Case for Christ", whereby he interviews experts on the subjects. The book has some very compelling aguments and does a good job of answering the questions. For those who need an intellectual inspection of Christianity, this book is a good start. Although, reading the Bible and praying would be a better one.
the little bang
This blog is a continuing stream of consciousness which keeps me amused, out of trouble, or at least minimally awake and is user friendly, cost effective, and may occasionally make one smile for no particular rhyme or reason.
